Course Overview:
The RIIWHS202E - Enter and work in confined spaces course provides participants with essential training to work safely and competently in confined spaces. Participants will gain an understanding of the potential hazards and risks associated with confined spaces and learn how to implement appropriate safety measures and procedures to mitigate those risks effectively.
This is a Nationally Accredited Course.
Course Content:
Upon completing the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify Confined Spaces
- Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
- Entry and Exit Procedures
- Atmospheric Testing and Monitoring
- Selection and Use of Safety Equipment
- Emergency Procedures
- Legislation and Standards
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course, you will be issued with an Australian Advanced Academy statement of attainment (certificate) for the following units:

Course Duration: 1 Day involving theory and practical components, Face to Face.
Course Requirements: Person must be over the age of 18, basic language, literacy and numeracy skills. Be able to provide 1 form of photo identification. Being physically fit enough and not have any conditions that would preclude you from completing the course.
