Course Overview:
The RIIMPO318F - Conduct civil construction skid steer loader operations course is designed to train participants in the safe and competent operation of a skid steer loader. Skid steer loaders are versatile machines used in construction, mining, and various other industries for tasks such as loading, digging, and material handling.
Course Content:
Upon completing the course, participants will be able to:
- Skid Steer Loader Operations
- Pre-operational Checks
- Safe Operation of the Skid Steer Loader
- Risk Assessment and Hazard Control
- Communication and Signals
- Shut Down and Securing
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course, you will be issued with an Australian Advanced Academy statement of attainment (certificate) for the following units:

Course Duration: 1 Day made up of 4 hours Face to Face and approx. 3 hours online pre-learning.
Course Requirements: Person must be over the age of 18, have the ability to read, write and understand English, have a basic knowledge of mathematics to work out formulas. Be able to provide 2 forms of identification including one with a photo. Being physically fit enough and not have any conditions that would preclude you from holding a driver's licence.
